Café Joyeux and Maisons Pariente have joined forces to promote the employment of mentally and cognitively handicapped people, offering special attention to each and every customer. Maisons Pariente offers free coffee capsules from CAFE JOYEUX in the mini-bars of all hotels.

All parking lots are equipped with electric charging stations. In addition, all the light bulbs in Maisons Pariente hotels are LED. In order to reduce consumption, taps in the bathrooms have water aerators. Moreover, Simmons hotel beddings are 100% made in France, the fabrics are Oeko-Tex certified, the wood is PFEC certified and the company is EcoVadis silver medal certified, so many posiitves that will make you appreciate these dream beddings even more!

At Maisons Pariente’s head office, two crates of locally-produced seasonal fruit are prepared by people with disabilities and made available to employees every week.

All staff are trained to welcome people with disabilities and to adopt environmentally-friendly practices. Maisons Pariente also organises a CSR Champion election in each hotel every three months. Every 6 weeks, a CSR committee is organized, enabling teams from each hotel to think together about future actions and how to implement them.

Finally, participation in the 10km des étoiles race supports the Laurette Fugain association, which helps children, teenagers and adults suffering from blood and bone marrow cancer to become involved in their fight. It’s a unique opportunity to unite our hoteliers and staff, and maintain a corporate culture to which everyone is proud to belong.

For Maisons Pariente teams traveling to different addresses, electric car rental is widely promoted.

In the bedrooms, glass bottles have replaced plastic ones, and toiletries are now available in larger sizes. Many of the cleaning products in the hotels are environmentally friendly and biodegradable. Since 2024, the Grand Mazarin has been sponsoring a beehive in the heart of Paris.

We have implemented a waste sorting, recycling and reduction system within the training for our teams. The linen that makes it to the end of the cycle is reused for cleaning. Finally, Maisons Pariente collects corks in all hotels and donates them to an organization that funds humanitarian actions and/or tree planting.
