Maisons Pariente,
a wonderful
family adventure

Patrick Pariente, founder of the fashion brand Naf Naf, and his two daughters Leslie Kouhana and Kimberley Cohen have built a collection of hotels founded on a vision : that of a family who chose to welcome with gentleness, to place craft at the heart of every project, and to move people deeply. At the origin of each house, one finds generosity, curiosity, a love of beauty, a respect for place and an attention to detail : convictions that the Maisons Pariente collection embodies, day after day. Crillon le Brave in Provence opened in 2018, Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez and Le Coucou in Méribel in 2019, and Le Grand Mazarin in Paris in 2023. The Maisons Pariente collection was born : one house at a time, carried by a shared family spirit.

A taste for rare places, a sincere art of welcome, an intimate and deeply human atmosphere, a constant dialogue with craftsmanship.

Maisons Pariente stands for a particular idea of travel : that of an elsewhere within the elsewhere. Iconic houses, on a human scale, that seek not to seduce through brilliance, but to resonate through intention.

Emotion at the heart of every house

From fashion to hospitality, the Pariente family has always followed the same instinct : reading the spirit of the times, imagining what truly resonates.

With addresses rooted in territories chosen for what they reveal, Maisons Pariente weaves an intimate connection between the soul of a place and those who pass through it, a symbiosis between architecture, nature and the art of welcome.
The secret ? A touch of imagination and an abundance of passion : the attention given to others, the surprise that arrives unannounced, the gesture that turns a stay into a memory. Not in brilliance, but in nuance. That is where emotion is born, and where it endures.

Our Values

Delicacy

More than just a word, it is a way of being. It involves patient listening, attentive observation, restraint when necessary, and precision when required. It is the art of finding the right tone, gesture, and moment.

Aesthetics

For us, aesthetics is embodied in the refinement of spaces, the selection of materials, the artwork, and the way in which each element naturally occupies its intended place. This is also manifested throughout the overall experience from the nuances of words and the tempo of conversations, to the way every detail resonates with the whole. It is a culture and a perspective a subtle imperative that permeates everything without imposing itself.

The art of gesture

A silent choreography between hand and material, guided by attention and shaped over time.
It resists standardization, the hurried pace of machines, and the fleeting nature of trends. It is what tells a story, what endures, what moves.
In craftsmanship, it gives each material its singularity. In hospitality, it is reflected in thoughtful details and the warmth of genuine care. In gastronomy, it celebrates local ingredients, the transmission of craftsmanship and the beauty of presentation.

Conviviality

Always. It fills the house with laughter, slips unnoticed to the table, turns a meal into a memory. It is an extra chair, a smile in a corridor, conversations that linger.

Generosity

The kind that arises between guests, around the table, through shared moments.
The kind that comes from our teams, expressed through sincere gestures that create a bond beyond service.

The Maisons Pariente Spirit

Each house in the collection invites you to inhabit the world differently.

Maisons Pariente brings together women and men of complementary sensibilities to shape the identity of each house and bring it fully to life. A family collection of hotels conceived as private residences, rooted in rare territories, held together by a shared exigence of craft and a deeply artistic soul, in constant resonance with their surroundings. Art is not an ornament : it is a language. Present in every house, it unites emerging artists and established voices, blending mediums, eras and perspectives. A collection that places creation at its very heart, not to impress, but to move.
Each address invites guests to experience hospitality at its most sincere : warm, attentive, and intimately human. Iconic houses where one feels truly welcomed, where every detail speaks of a particular way of inhabiting the world.

Leslie Kouhana

The eldest of the Pariente sisters started out in asset management at a major international commercial real estate company, Unibail.
She went on to join the family business where she has worked to develop various real estate and hotel projects for 15 years. For each project, she built and managed the teams, coordinated the contractors and selected the talent to create the identity envisaged by the family.
The close collaboration with the Oetker Collection for L’Apogée Courchevel made her a genuine expert in the luxury hotel industry and eager to launch Maisons Pariente, the family’s self-designed hotel collection.

Kimberley began exploring the world early on, spending eight years in the USA between New York and Los Angeles.
First a student at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, her first professional experiences were in fashion and entrepreneurship, with a furnished holiday rental business in Los Angeles.
With this international experience under her belt, she joined the thriving family group in 2015 as Artistic Director of Maisons Pariente.
Up to the minute with the latest trends, her main focus is the identity of the hotel projects, their market positioning, promotion and sourcing.
