Our hotels Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez and Crillon-le-Brave in Provence reopen their doors on May 13, 2021.
We have modified our cancellation policy to better meet your expectations.
- Stays of less than 7 nights except from July 15 to August 20: prepayment of one night per room including taxes required 5 days prior to arrival date. No charge for cancellations up to 5 days prior to arrival. After this period and in case of no-show, the deposit will be kept.
- Stays from July 15 to August 20: prepayment of one night per room including taxes at the time of reservation. Reservation can be cancelled without charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the total amount of the reservation including taxes will be due and charged to your credit card.
- Stays of 7 nights or more: 50% of the total amount of the stay per room including taxes must be prepaid at the time of booking. Reservation can be cancelled without charge up to 14 days prior to arrival date. In case of late cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the total amount of the reservation including taxes will be due and debited from your credit card.
