Ingredients (for about 4 people)
- 350g avocado
- A small jalapeno
- 7g coriander
- 3g yuzu juice
- 5g garlic puree
- 3g lemon juice
- 10g extra virgin olive oil
- 1g maldon salt
- 3g mango
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender
- Store in the fridge
