Recipe: pancakes with chocolate spread by Anissa Boulesteix

Ingredients (for ten pancakes)

  1. 250g flour
  2. 50g sugar
  3. A vanilla pod
  4. 12g baking powder
  5. 3 eggs
  6. 15cl milk
  7. 60ml sunflower oil
  8. Chocolate spread
  9. One banana for topping
  10. Some praline powder

Instructions:

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar
  2. Add the oil, milk, eggs and vanilla pod
  3. Mix the ingredients and let it stand for an hour
  4. Pour the mix onto a heated pan, add some chocolate spread and seal with more mix. Heat your pancakes until they turn brown. 
  5. Play with your toppings
  6. Bon appétit!
